If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, with the original packaging, unopened and unused.
Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or incorrectly shipped. To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
