NuBo parcels are delivered by courier to ensure a reliable premium delivery service. In the UK most parcels are delivered within 1-2 days and if you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, you can rearrange a delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the courier’s card to arrange an alternative delivery time. If you have any problems with rearranging delivery send an email to sf@nubobeauty.com or call us on 020 7937 0611. UK orders: Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 2-4 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. NuBo's business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 – 17:00. If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product, please contact us by email at delivery@nubobeauty.com or on 020 7937 0611. Please note that processing times may increase when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. Christmas.
International orders: If your country is not listed, please contact us by email at delivery@nubobeauty.com for a delivery quote by courier. Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 5-10 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipping charges
NuBo parcels are delivered by courier. The prices below are standard delivery charges. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 2-4 working days for your delivery, though we aim for next working day delivery.UK Mainland*: £5.25
